Position Summary:
As a Sales Representative at ADD-Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of marketing services, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.


  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Conduct client meetings to understand their marketing needs and present our agency’s services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  3. Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor solutions that align with client objectives.
  4. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:

    • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, addressing their unique requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring a win-win scenario for both the client and the agency.
  5. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide regular feedback to the team to enhance our services and offerings.


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with the U.A.E market and business landscape.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
